A fantastic 12 month fixed term contact opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Manager to join an expanding international law firm on either a full-time or part-time basis to provide support to the partner teams in growing some of the firm's most important bank relationships globally.
Joining one of the most dynamic and forward thinking teams in the legal sector in an established CRM team of six, you will manage a small number of the firm’s biggest financial clients from both an internal and external perspective and will be tasked with promoting client relationship management best practice and ensuring that activity is strategically aligned, proactive and highly focused. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, your main duties will include setting realistic but challenging targets, identifying and acting upon cross-selling opportunities, and monitoring and reporting upon progress; taking the lead on global panel and strategically important pitches; managing communication and information flow for internal client teams across the globe; maximising the value of client secondments; assisting in the production and circulation of client-related business analysis; creating, maintaining and updating a core suite of client relationship documents; ensuring panel and pricing agreements are communicated and enforced internally; and capturing and disseminating client feedback.
You will need to have a strong academic background allied to extensive CRM experience, including external, gained either working for or with financial institutions – this may be from another top law, professional or financial services firm. Organised, proactive and self-motivated, you will also require outstanding communication skills in order to liaise effectively with senior internal clients.
