3rd Line BAU / Technical Support - Escalation point, IT Support Company

3rd Line BAU / Technical Support required to join an IT Services Company supporting barristers chambers, solicitors and small law firms. This is a varied role being the escalation point for the service desk and support engineers.

As a 3rd Line BAU / Technical Support Analyst the responsibilities include:

* Be one of the main escalation point for all challenging issues handled remotely
* Take the lead on all Priority 1 and 2 incidents
* Be in charge of the clients remote Desktop / Citrix Farms
* Having up-to-date knowledge of products and technology in order to implement these within the clients site.
* Mentoring the 1st and 2nd line teams

Experience required:

* Experience of troubleshooting in a Windows and Citrix environment
* Experience in Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012 R2
* Experience working in a virtualisation arena
* Experience being the escalation within a varied enviornment
* Experience supporting Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange
