This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIPD qualified HR Manager to join our client’s thriving firm in Portsmouth. Reporting at board level, the successful HR Manager will have a good working knowledge of all relevant aspects of employment legislation and first class negotiation and interpersonal skills. The position will involve end to end recruitment and employee relations management for staff including fee earners, managers and support. The ideal HR manager will have prior experience within a legal practice, although this is not a pre-requisite. The ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment whilst fostering good working relationships with internal and external professionals in addition to the flexibility to attend networking and recruitment events outside of office hours are essential.
