A leading international legal firm is looking to recruit a talented and vibrant key account specialist to join its high-calibre team to look after a small number of key Private Equity clients.
The role is to help manage client relationships globally. You will run day-to-day aspects of the relationship, ensuring access to breadth of resource and knowledge within the firm, driving the reviewing performance at matter and relationship level ensuring the delivery of value-added services to the client and quick response to opportunities. This role is central to the firm’s overall client service.
You will have responsibility for a number of Strategic Clients, seeking to develop deeper and stronger relationships. The responsibilities of the role can be divided into four broad categories: revenue generation, client feedback, centre of excellence and culture. You will have the opportunity to enhance the overall Client programme through involvement in strategic projects and thought leadership campaigns across the firm.
With an exceptional academic background, you will need to have proven, practical experience of working on major global clients within the legal or professional services sectors, whereby you are also ready to take on your own accounts. You will have excellent oral and written communications skills and be confident, articulate and persuasive and have excellent attention to detail. Leadership skills, in particular taking initiative and ownership, with the ability to set your own agenda and drive projects through are key attributes needed for this role.
