A leading global law firm based in the City is looking to hire a Senior HR Manager for their busy London team.
The Senior HR Manager will take ownership of specific client groups within the firm, and act as a trusted advisor for any strategic HR matters. The key focus of the role will be driving improved process efficiency across the board, as well as overseeing the development of a dedicated group of Business Partners. They will be the point of contact for senior stakeholders matters and will take on escalation issues as and when they arise.
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded and astute HR professional, having line managed in a law firm or professional services environment before. They will be able to hit the ground running on live projects, as well as start initiatives from scratch. A knowledge-sharing outlook to improving performance is an absolute must in this role and a CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
