This Business Development Advisor role is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing/Business Development Executive looking for a more international firm or someone looking to make the step up to a more senior role. With a global focus, you will be aligned to the firm’s prestigious litigation, arbitration and employment group and will be involved in the full remit of marketing and business development from running campaigns to managing pitches. A key focus of this role will be developing thought leadership campaigns that will cut across practices and jurisdictions, and continue to position the firm as a leading global player. You will also work with partners on BD plans, targeting and client initiatives, pitches and events. Your commercial outlook will allow you to really add value and come up with innovative ideas as to how to differentiate the firm from competitors. These areas have a strong appetite for marketing and business development and you will therefore be able to really drive new ideas to market.
You will have a solid track record in marketing and business development within professional services (ideally a major law or accountancy firm), and be a graduate with excellent academics. Essential to the success of this role is the ability to engage and influence partners in a persuasive but subtle manner.
