The firm is now recruiting for a Billing Administrator. You will be working in a small Finance team, in beautiful offices based in the City of London.
Raising internal draft invoices to provide to fee earners.
Creating and finalising invoices to send to clients
Contacting clients to assist with billing process
Managing Accounts mailbox.
Having client facing correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a professional services environment, and be enthusiastic and willing to learn
Organised with a keen attention to detail
Knowledge of Sage and Inprotech is desirable, however not essential as full training will be provided
