We are looking for a Graphic Designer with outstanding creative flair to join our marketing team and make the most of our year old brand identity.
Often the requests for design work will be ambiguous but as the go-to person, this won't faze you, in fact it will energise you to produce work that exceeds expectations. You can expect enthusiasm and input from everyone you work with but also a respect that you know your stuff.
Your role will have a creative focus with responsibility for producing a wide range of visually stunning, brand compliant marketing materials from design concept through to finished product.
All with the support of your design team colleague and the wider marketing department.
The materials you produce might be a brochure, event invitation and exhibition stand one day to a poster, infographic and screensaver the next. Following our digital first approach, animated graphics will also feature in your repertoire, creating anything from Christmas cards to online adverts you will be responsible for all.
You will be passionate about what you do and will really champion the firm's visual identity, engaging with people across the firm, gently and diplomatically promoting (and ensuring adherence to!) the agreed style guidelines.

The role is busy; no two days are the same. As a professional you will be well used to managing tight deadlines and delivering great work whilst working under pressure. Collaboration is one of our values and this role embodies this concept, acting as the link between the firm and creative suppliers. A positive, flexible and professional attitude will be the key to your success.
Technically speaking, knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5 and PowerPoint are essential. You will have worked with other design software and publishing tools and be able to bring this experience to the team.
