If you are an experienced HR generalist looking to join a leading Kent-based law firm, then this could be the opportunity for you. This is an exciting opportunity to join the firm who are going through a period of growth and expansion, including within their HR team. You will be reporting into the HR Director, looking after the firm’s business support and junior fee-earner functions. This will be an initial 18 month fixed term contract opportunity.
This is a full generalist role, looking after recruitment, learning & development and employee relations, however there will be flexibility to be involved in any area of generalist HR that you have a strong passion for. You will also be providing support with the development of trainees.
To apply for this role, generalist HR experienced gained within a professional services environment is essential, whilst previous law firm experience would be highly advantageous. Our client is looking for candidates who are currently at an Assistant/Co-ordinator level looking for that step up to an Advisor position.
