As the Pricing & Commercial Finance Analyst you will create financial models specific to a rate negotiation and translate outcomes in a concise manner and assist relationship partners with rate negotiations for the firm's major and strategic clients. This assistance includes providing timely, accurate and relevant financial information for decision-making, profitability forecasting based on multiple levers/potential outcomes, negotiation strategy and influencing/offering advice as appropriate.
You will take a macro-economic view of pricing proposals by considering peer group data trends, external market data and economic indicators within a client's regional footprint, as well as work collaboratively with partners, the Fee Management Committee, Finance and Business Development Managers on initiatives intended to improve profitability.
To be successful in this role you will have similar experience in professional services, ideally in the legal sector. You will be a good communicator, organiser, ambitious and driven. You should be able to demonstrate good business skills by sourcing relevant information, developing and using existing tools, understanding the businesses issues and developing new ideas.
