Deskside Support Analyst / Desktop Support required by a London professional services company. As a Deskside Support Analyst you will work alongside 4 analysts looking after 350 users. You'll be responsible for all IT support needs, resolving issues escalated from the 1 st and 2 nd line team in regards to applications, desktop build and configuration, and back end applications administration.
Key experience required:
* Working on a high quality IT Support team
* Configuring and deploying applications
* Mobile Device Technology: You should demonstrate good knowledge of PDAs, Smart Phones, BYOD, Apple technology (iPads)
* Imaging and configuring PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
* MS Office 2007/2010 Support: Word & Outlook in particular
* Updating support calls in the service management tool
* Tagging and tracking IT Assets
