My client is a large international law firm which is looking to hire a HR and Operations Coordinator for their thriving London office.

The HR and Operations Coordinator will provide functional HR support to the firm’s support staff.

The key duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for ER issues and managing/escalating where appropriate
  • Coordinating annual performance reviews
  • Facilitating the recruitment and interview process
  • Supporting the firm’s secondment programmes
  • Supervising junior colleagues with HR processes including database management
  • Coordinating office moves and seat allocations for lawyers and support staff
  • Assisting with contract negotiations for service suppliers
  • Organising training initiatives including liaising with external vendors

The HR and Operations Coordinator will be an experienced coordinator, having gained the majority of their HR experience within a legal or professional services firm. Strong communication skills are an absolute must, as the Coordinator will be liaising with employees of all levels. The ability to bring a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem solving would be ideal.
