If you are an experienced HR professional looking to join an international law firm, then this could be the role for you. Our client is looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join their team in their busy London office. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be providing HR support and advice to the firm’s business services functions, alongside HR projects and process improvement. Duties for the role will include:
* Advising manageron employee relation issues, ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and in line with legal practices
* Providing support on HR issues including terms of employment, the appraisal process and long term sick absences
* Supporting the HR Advisor with the development of their knowledge and careers
To apply for this role, previous HR experience gained within a professional services environment is essential, whilst previous law firm experience would be highly advantageous. Previous experience of handling Employee Relations issues would also be beneficial.
