The firm is now looking to recruit a Director of Business Development & Marketing. This role is likely to be based in either Birmingham, Manchester, Reading, Leeds or Milton Keynes.

As a member of the firm’s Operations Board, the Director of Business Development & Marketing will be responsible for creating a dynamic strategy to support the firm's ambition. This critical role takes in responsibility for all aspects of Business Development, Client Relationships Management and Communications and will have overall responsibility for a team of over 30 people.

Suitable candidates for the role will have proven experience of working at a strategic level within the field of business development, marketing and communications in a professional services environment. They will be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills which will enable them to lead and motivate a diverse and geographically dispersed team. In addition they will possess strong relationship management skills which will have enabled them to collaborate positively and to influence, persuade and inspire people.
