An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a dedicated Legal Secretary/PA to join an experienced team of litigators in the Newmarket area. With solid experience providing comprehensive support to fee earners, the successful Legal Secretary or PA will manage a demanding workload of administrative tasks to include: diary management; liaising with clients in person and over the telephone; audio typing; document production and; any additional duties as required. You must be a Legal Secretary or PA with solid experience gained within a similar role;
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a friendly and confident telephone manner;
You will be personable with a detail orientated approach.
