Experiencing a period of significant growth, they are now recruiting within their Conveyancing team.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen within a busy CQS accredited department in Bromley. The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will assist teams with the maintenance and management of their caseload, dealing with the administrative aspects of the conveyancing process and ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Duties may include: submitting searches; liaising with clients and property professionals in person and over the telephone; post completion duties; preparing contract packs and; general office administration.

You must be a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with solid experience in Residential Conveyancing.
You will have excellent communication and client care skills.
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines.
You will be IT Literate.
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated.
You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
