This Programme Manager role is the first role in a new central programme delivery team. As Programme Manager, you will manage delivery of major cross functional programmes/ projects within this prestigious international law firm. Experience of working in a law firm is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be commercially astute and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You will have strong experience of working within the legal sector, as well the skills, knowledge and attributes to work flexibly and autonomously within a fast moving and changing environment.
Duties will include:
* Responsibility for the achievement of the programme’s strategic aims and the delivery of all related projects to time, cost & scope.
* Providing leadership and facilitating the work of cross-functional programme teams by clarifying project objectives and defining actions necessary to accomplish these objectives.
* Establishing programme governance structure, working with the appropriate sponsors and functions to identify appropriate requirements.
* Facilitating discussions with the business leaders and the organisation to clearly define complete programme requirements.
