The purpose of this role is to support the Client Development Managers within the Client Focus Team to help develop deeper and stronger relationships with our Global Strategic Clients. The role is global and cross practice and sector and the remit will be to support the Client Development Managers regarding their respective client portfolios. The responsibilities will be broadly split between supporting client development and account management activities. This will include a range of responsibilities from client research, supporting client planning, information gathering for pitches, assisting with client feedback and the planning of relationship meetings. Account management support responsibilities will maintaining client team lists, building knowledge of the Firm's financial systems in order to answer internal queries on fee arrangements, supporting on client reporting eg billing, WIP, dept reports and coordinating client team meetings.

In order to perform this role you will be a self starter with meticulous attention to detail and an enthusiasm to learn. You must demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of being pro-active and of delivering high quality work. You will need to demonstrate ability to be able to work in an environment with multiple and senior stakeholders. Excellent oral and written communications skills are essential and you must be a strong team player. You will also have experience in dealing with senior management and key stakeholders. Experience within a law firm will be advantageous.
