Client Relationship Database Executive leading on InterAction for a major international law firm.

 

This mid-sized international law firm is a real alternative to the large global firms where you will work in a marketing and business development team that is small enough to make a difference but work in an environment large enough to keep you challenged.

 

In this Client Relationship Executive role, you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and have ownership of all activities relating to the firm’s CRM database (LexisNexis InterAction).  You will be a champion for the database and encourage fee earners and secretaries to use the system as well as working closely with the business development team to ensure that the system meets the needs of the business.  You will develop the system’s referral capability so that the system can track referrals as well as working on upgrades and add-ons. You will manage external suppliers and ensure that the system is used across all overseas offices.

 

You will be passionate about CRM and have knowledge in a professional services or B2B environment, using LexisNexis InterAction.  You will be confident in influencing and persuading senior stakeholders.
