My client is an international law firm with a strong global profile, who are looking to hire a Recruitment Assistant on a permanent basis in their centrally located London office.

The Recruitment Assistant role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruitment Managers across the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all internal processes associated with recruitment.
  • Coordinating candidate’s travel arrangements, preparing papers to partners and hiring managers.
  • Ensuring job adverts are kept up to date on the systems.
  • Assisting with compliance checks of candidates.
  • Managing the recruitment process for junior and temporary positions in the firm.

The Recruitment Assistant role will suit a candidate with recruitment or HR experience, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. You will take a proactive approach to your work and be committed to learning and developing your own skills, and have an ability to build relationships quickly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisation and communication skills will be essential with a commitment to driving forward the firm’s brand.
