My client is an international law firm based in the city who is looking to recruit a HRIS Analyst on a permanent basis.

The HRIS Analyst will provide first line support to the HR team for any HR systems related issues.

The key duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for any reporting or data issues, both regionally and globally
  • Managing the production of HR metrics
  • Assisting in the integration and development of the HR system
  • Evaluating HRIS solutions to improve efficiency
  • Designing and delivering training for HR teams on the system
  • Managing people data maintenance on the system
  • Taking a proactive role in ensuring HR processes are streamlined and make recommendations for continued improvement

The HRIS Analyst will have strong HR systems experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment, specific, in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft, proven experience of designing, implementing and managing projects as well as the ability to work well independently and under pressure.
