A rapidly growing, Personal Injury and Employment Law specialist firm, based in the city, are looking to hire a Recruitment Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Recruitment Assistant will be instrumental in providing assistance to the Recruitment Coordinator and HR managers.

The key duties will include:

  • Ensuring job adverts are placed on the relevant advertising websites.
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies to arrange interviews.
  • Keeping up to date and accurate records of the progress of applications.
  • Preparing offer letters and contracts.
  • Producing statistical analysis on the recruitment agencies for the annual review.
  • Reviewing and responding to speculative CVs and applications as appropriate.

 The ideal candidate will be a graduate with previous experience working as a recruitment assistant or administrator in a busy environment, will be well organised and confident in their ability to quickly learn and develop new skills.
