Support Analyst- 1st/2nd line, law firm
Support Analyst required by a 600 user law firm based in Central London. They are looking for someone to join the IT team of around 8 members and be the first point of contact for all members of staff at the firm.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing phone, remote helpdesk and desktop support
* Providing on-site server and networking support (1st/2nd Line depending on experience)
* Proactively identifying and implementing new technologies to benefit the business and the user experience
