An exciting part-time opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join a dynamic mid-tier accountancy firm, working 3 days per week in a newly created role in the firm's expanding Romford office.

The Marketing & Business Development Executive will work alongside five General Practice partner accountants and also support the firm's HR consultancy, which is in the same location. The role holder will act as a brand guardian and be responsible for ensuring the firm's corporate identity and brand profile is consistent throughout all marketing collateral, communications and events. This role is very varied and will include producing a marketing strategy and developing and implementing marketing plans to support the strategy; monitoring competitor activity in the local area and identifying potential client; providing the platform for the firm to develop business relationships through e-marketing, local profile raising, seminars and networking events; developing, driving, project-managing and evaluating marketing campaigns; developing and producing marketing collateral; and setting and managing business development and marketing budgets.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the Romford area and have a desire to drive marketing and business development forwards. The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be an experienced marketing and BD specialist of graduate calibre with a minimum of 5 years' similar experience gained preferably, in another accountancy firm or other professional services environment. This should include a demonstrable track record of delivering projects across the full marketing mix and experience of compiling a business development plan and researching sales opportunities.
