Based in London, this is a 12 month fixed term contract role as a Digital Marketing Assistant focussing on supporting the digital marketing team in delivering the firm’s broad suite of public and client-facing digital channels across the world, driving digital education and adoption and delivering projects. This is a contract role to cover maternity leave within the team, which will focus on ensuring the team continues to be supported following the launch of the firm’s new website and to provide exceptional service to internal clients. Responsibilities include:

• Helping the advisors ensure best digital practice and publishing content across all content types on the website
• Supporting the firm’s Partner Profile project, you will help coordinate updates to public profiles
• Supporting the thought leadership team on promoting their key content through the website
• Generating reports on key activity and engagement analytics for visitors on the website
• Maintaining ‘hygiene’ on the website with regular checks for outdated content, broken links, spelling errors, and other issues
• Supporting communications to partners, marketing and clients on the benefits of the firm’s client knowledge portal and encouraging subscribers to join
• Ensuring content continues to meet the needs of our client audience and training gaps are closed
• Supporting and resolving registration queries from clients and internal people
• Generating reports on key activity and engagement analytics for subscribers to the portal
• Scheduling and posting on behalf of marketing, practice groups, offices and lawyers on the firm’s Social Media channels
• Generating reports on the success and engagement with the firm’s social media channels
• Uploading and maintaining content on the firm’s apps and reporting on the uptake and usage of the firm’s apps

The ideal candidate must have past experience of working within a busy digital marketing environment to include knowledge of the use of social media channels, web content management systems and web analytics packages. The Digital Marketing Executive will be a highly proactive and efficient team player, able to think creatively whilst prioritising effectively against differing deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills and a demonstrable interest in legal and commercial issues that relate to the firm’s market offering will be key.
