Helpdesk Analyst / Support Analyst required to join the London office of a top law firm being their first point of call as a Helpdesk Analyst.
You will join the team of the London office providing support on MS Windows, Office, Active Directory, Citrix, Mobile Devices and other bespoke applications.
Responsibilities on the Helpdesk include:
* Being the first point of call for all IT issues in Europe
* Resolving IT Support issues
* Recording Support Requests in the Call Logging System
* Responding to Service requests by email and telephone
* Handling How do I queries
