Types of training a varied - Trainer led, modular, online, group, bespoke, group webinar.

Reports to: The role is part of the Commercial organization headed by the UK based Global Commercial Director but direct line report is the UK Sales Manager.

The Role: Due to recent organizational restructuring and planned expansion we have an exciting opportunity available for a UK based Software Trainer to join the team on a full time permanent basis. The role will be to deliver varied training requirements and build positive relationships across a wide legal client base.

Typical law firm engagement is with Revenue Control Managers, Working Capital Managers, Financial Controllers, Finance Directors, Credit Control teams, Financial Analysts and IT

A pro-active working style and the ability to work with the other client facing team members to ensure the software continues to evolve to meet the needs of the market, co-ordinate and work with the global training department to coordinate and liaise requirements. Legal and financial systems knowledge is key as is the ability to engage professionally in relation to training skills.

Key Responsibilities: Training clients via various delivery methods on the use of the solution but also conduct demos of ARCS3.
Assisting with post-sales support, telephone, email, visits and remote support
Ensure documentation & administrative records are up to date – SalesForce.com
Maintain and distribute a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Here’s just a glimpse of other stuff you will be doing:

  • Facilitating in-classroom training at client sites
  • Continuously changing your training methods during sessions to maintain attention
  • Delivering custom training plans based on the experience of the team you are teaching - one size doesn’t fit all
  • Traveling across UK and Europe and from time to time the USA
  • Working to improve and expand the ARCS certification program

The Candidate: You will be part of a great team but you must have a self-starting attitude and ability to work under your own direction but following company procedures. You must have enthusiasm and have flexibility in the face of emerging and changing requirements. You will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player. Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation are essential.

In addition to your professional and academic experience you also have:

  • The ability to develop relationships with your teammates and your clients
