Client Relationship Management Executive sought for a Legal 500 law firm in Berkshire.

A dynamic firm focused on client care, their reputation is underpinned by the building of a loyal and growing UK and international client base. Having undergone steady, organic expansion since establishment, they are now seeking to add to their team.

The Role
This is an extremely exciting and varied role for a Client Relationship Management Executive to take on responsibility for the business development team ensuring effective use of the firms’ client management tools and database. Managing the training programmes and communications, the successful CRM Executive will report directly to the Business Development Manager. Training all new starters and undertaking training updates where required, the CRM Executive will advise users how to efficiently use the data to build client relationships and grow the business. The CRM Executive will lead the campaign promoting the firms’ system, maintaining and updating training manuals, encouraging usage, establishing communication initiatives and handling user accounts and licences.  Duties include implementing data protection compliance, sustaining data integrity and e-marketing.  Additionally, the CRM
Executive will support the implementation of our General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) consent campaign.

The Candidate
Comprehension of Business Development and Data Management experience is essential.
A highly strategic, driven attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
A flair for business development and the ability to deliver updates.
Use of case management systems would be advantageous.
Outstanding communication skills is a must.
Excellent organisation with the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
Proven project management skills.
Ideally you will have GDPR compliance understanding.
