Build upon your residential property experience, handling Post Exchange files for a busy team in West Sussex.

Experiencing a period of continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit a Post Exchange Paralegal for their residential property team based in Haywards Heath.

The Role
Joining a busy CQS accredited team on a full time, permanent basis, the successful Paralegal will utilise their residential conveyancing experience to take over a broad range of residential property files at Post Exchange and handle them up until post completion. Areas may include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; remortgages; buy-to-let; equity release; lease extensions and; shared ownership properties. The ability to meet tight deadlines and liaise confidently with other members of the team and clients alike is essential. This is a hands-on role offering high quality work, a supportive working environment and competitive salary and benefits for the right Paralegal. The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal with solid residential property experience;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will have experience in all aspects of Post Exchange and completion;
You shall work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will be pro-active, personable and detail orientated;
You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
