We are currently representing an innovative International law firm in a new modern open plan office in their search for a Billings Support Administrator. This law firm have a cabinet full of awards and accolades for their quality of legal service they provide. They have an excellent reputation as an employer and a ‘promote from within’ culture.

The objective of this role is to provide support to the Brand Management team to ensure the smooth administration of the financial and billing aspects of the practice. You will be responsible for the timely billing and effective financial management matters within the London brand management practice, providing day to day billing support to Partners, Fee Earners and Administrators whilst liaising with the firms' Accounts Payable, Cashiers and Billers team. This truly is a busy and varied role and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work at an exceptional organisation!

We are looking for an individual with proven billing support experience and exposure to working within a Law Firm environment will also be highly desirable. The role will suit someone who has a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to manage competing demands and work well under pressure. A good communicator with interpersonal skills will fit suit this role perfectly!
