Multi accredited Blackburn firm hiring Personal Injury Paralegal to progress claimant personal injury RTA pre-litigated claims from inception to completion.

They are now seeking a motivated Personal Injury Paralegal – RTA Pre-Litigation for their office in Blackburn.
 
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Injury Paralegal who has experience of managing their own volume caseload or assisting a senior caseworker with their caseload in pre-litigated matters. Your main responsibilities will be to progress claimant personal injury RTA claims from inception through to completion. For the right Personal Injury Paralegal, there is also the opportunity to take on a more challenging role as this position has the potential to include a supervisory role to manage and support the RTA Department. Your duties will include: problem solving such as responding to issues requiring a good understanding of work-area policies and procedures; responsibility for the receipt and acknowledgment of queries with appropriate tracking and response; interpreting and communicating established processes and procedures to a range of audiences; decision making; detailed knowledge and
understanding of own work area and how it impacts wider operations within the firm; risk management and; compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules. In return, the firm offers career development opportunities and a competitive salary.

The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Paralegals with solid experience of at least 6 months in Personal Injury matters gained from a reputable firm.
Experience in pre-litigated matters is required.
The successful Personal Injury Paralegal will be a robust negotiator with excellent communication and time management skills and the ability to be totally customer focused throughout the entire claims process.
It is preferred that you will have experience of working on a case management system and are used to working towards targets, including financial targets.
Management skills or the ability to develop these skills effectively is a requirement of the role.
