Technical Support Analyst

35k-40k per annum

Technical Support Analyst required for a global law firm with over 1000 users across 10 offices in Europe the Middle East and Asia. The firm pride themselves on their working relationships with the most innovative individuals to provide impeccable service to their clients.

As a Technical Support Analyst you will:

* Providing IT support both deskside and remotely on various legal applications, systems, and hardware
* Resolving urgent and difficult esculations from other teams
* Working with the business to help deliver various IT projects e.g Windows 10 deployment
* Researching and documenting new solutions and sharing insight to the rest of the IT team

Skills required

* Excellent knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Office 2016)
* Proven ability to deal with users of all levels e.g secretaries, fee earners and Senior Partners
* Experience with legal software: time recording, PMS, CRM, BigHand, FileSite (DMS)
* Experience working in a professional services environment (Legal, Accountancy, Finance, LLP)
