IT Service Desk Analyst

IT Service Desk Analyst required by a leading Global Accountancy firm to join their UK support team providing first and second line support to around 1000 users on applications such as BigHand and FileSite

As an IT Service Desk Analyst you will be:

* Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to achieve an 80%+ first time fix
* Supporting users on applications such as BigHand and FileSite
* Supporting the Firms back end Messaging Infrastructure
* Handling 'How do I' queries
* Following the Major Incident process by identifying major support incidents and liasing with support teams

Technical knowledge of the below:

* Microsoft Office 2013, 2016 Suite: knowledge of installing, configuring and supporting
* At least 2 years' experience providing high quality support in a professional services environment (Legal, Accountancy or Finance)
* A good knowledge of Accountancy specific applications such as BigHand and FileSite
* Understanding of networking technologies

This is an exciting role working as an IT Serive Desk Analyst supporting the most up to date technology within a professional services environment. It's a great opportunity to gain more exposure in building and configuring hardware, acquiring more knowledge around networking technologies and helping with important IT projects and rollouts of new technology.
