Service Desk / Helpdesk Analyst - Windows 10, Office 2016, Law Firm

Service Desk / Helpdesk Analyst required to work in the IT Support team of an international law firm.

* Receiving and logging IT Support calls, before investigating, and resolving them
* Providing remote support to around 2500 users in the UK and around the world
* Troubleshooting Windows 10, MS Office 2016, document management, Blackberry, Active Directory and more.
* Investigating and resolving technical issues
* Working with other internal IT teams to coordinate the incident management processes
* Administering Active Directory, Exchange, and Citrix
* Supporting users with "How do I" queries and training

Candidates should have excellent investigative troubleshooting experience, as well as a strong emphasis on customer service. You will have experience providing IT Support on the phone and face to face, ideally in a professional service environment (e.g. Accountancy, Law Firm, Financial Services etc). You should have good to advanced level knowledge of MS Office 2016.

This is a high performing team, aiming to achieve a high fix rate delivered alongside great customer service. This role offers the rare opportunity to see issues through to resolution from 1st contact - focussing on keeping the business working well, not just logging calls!
