Helpdesk Analyst

Helpdesk Analyst required to join thriving City Law Firm who are currently going through a 3 year IT transformation.

You will join as a Helpdesk Analyst to provide support on MS Windows, Office, Active Directory, Citrix, Mobile Devices and other bespoke applications.

Responsibilities as a Helpdesk Analyst:

* Being the first point of call for all IT issues
* Resolving IT Support issues
* Recording Support Requests in the Call Logging System
* Responding to Service requests by email and telephone
* Handling 'How do I' queries
* Provide excellent customer service to all clients
