The CR/Diversity officer is a highly visible role, both internally and externally, and will play a key role in shaping and driving the CR/Diversity strategy of a leading, multidisciplinary US law firm based in London.

The role will encompass all CSR matters. You will be required to oversee CSR budgets, assist with the co-ordination of existing schemes and new referrals. You will work closely with partners and the marketing team to encourage all individuals to become involved in CSR and Diversity issues. You may also be required to represent the firm at charity events and CSR networks.

The successful candidate will also help embed and promote the firms D&I strategy and implement all D&I activities. You will be required to provide advice, guidance and support on equality and diversity issues. You will prepare and deliver presentations and events to raise awareness and produce information and client pitches.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience working within a law firm, be able to build excellent relationships internally and externally, have a flexible and adaptable approach to their work and be able to drive projects forward by being involved at every level.
