We are working with a Central London based law firm seeking an Human Resources Officer on a 12 month FTC to provide maternity cover.

You will be required to work across all areas of the business contributing to the efficient operation of the HR department and supporting the full employee lifecycle. The role has a huge emphasis on overseeing HR processes (starters, leavers, movers probations) and payroll & benefits.

Candidates will be CIPD (part) qualified and have a broad knowledge of HR processes at Officer / mid level within professional services, preferably the legal sector. You will have first class client facing skills, as well as;

·         An excellent working knowledge and experience of HR systems

·         Experience of graduate recruitment

·         Good understanding of employment law

·         Demonstrates a genuine interest in HR and a desire to develop skills and knowledge in relation to HR best practice

·         Working knowledge of ADP Payroll & HR solution (desirable)

·         Has an awareness of the importance of client confidentiality, information security and data protection
