ITIL Service Delivery Manager £70-£80k + benefits A leading international professional services firm in Colchester are seeking an experienced ITIL Service Delivery Manager to lead the team responsible for defining and transforming their ITIL based processes. As the ITIL Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for: * Transforming and developing their current ITIL based Framework including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Release Management * Directly reporting to the Head of Service Delivery and Shared Services for each of these areas * Ensuring these processes are continually met, driving process maturity and process improvements. Other responsibilities include: * Service and Process Design, working closely with technology and systems owners, and support teams * Chairing governance groups including CAB, Service Forums, Risk Forums etc * Managing a team of 8 direct reports within ITIL Service and Process management. * Promoting and embedding processes across the IT organisation and driving cultural change Your experience should include: * Strong experience of ITIL based services, operations and support * Knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and architectures, coupled with practical knowledge of incident & problem management principles and processes (including service management tools such as Service Now / Assyst / Infra / ICCM / Remedy) * ITIL Certification This is a fantastic opportunity for you to take a key role in the Service Management team, working to deliver world class IT services within a highly regarded International Professional Services Firm.
