Service Desk Analyst required by a leading US Law firm to provide 1st/2nd line IT support to 250 users in their London office.

As a Service Desk Analyst you'll work in close-knit team responsible for delivering a high quality support service to users of all levels on a variety of IT issues including Windows 7/10, Citrix, Microsoft Office suite, Active Directory, email, virtual servers, laptops and PCs, and more.

As a Service Desk analyst you will be:

* Providing 1st/2nd line technical support to users by phone, email, and in person
* Creating user accounts, updating/resetting passwords, administering systems access
* Working closely with the 3rd line support engineers to resolve issues, ensuring users have regular and clear updates
* Supporting users in the use of computer equipment and software, offering training where required
* Escalating advanced calls to more senior members of the IT Team
* Keeping users up to date on the progress of their issues

Technologies supported include:

* Windows 7/10 desktop
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Exchange/Outlook
* Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop/XenMobile MDM
* Apple/Samsung smartphones
* Virtual servers
* Printers/hardware

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst with 1-2 years IT support experience to gain more technical exposure in a professional services environment. There's lots of opportunity for the development of your skills through shadowing other team members and 3rd party training / courses.
