Technical Support Engineer
£40,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Technical Support Engineer to join the systems team in a fast growing Legal Tech Startup. You'll take responsibility for new client implementation projects, working closely with the development and sales teams.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be the key point of contact for your clients during the implementation phase, preparing for and carrying out configuration and installation work, as well as coordinating other resources - both client and supplier side - to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include -

* Configuration and implementation of their bespoke Template Builder Solution
* Specc'ing and testing client-side production environments prior to install
* Managing SharePoint list structures and data migrations
* Monitoring the health of the live environment post-install
* Provide SME support to the pre-sales team in the demonstration of the product suite
* Creating demo environments for client trials

Your key skills and knowledge should include -

* Advanced understating of Word and PowerPoint Templates and building blocks
* Windows Server 2016 / Windows 10 Enterprise
* SharePoint Administration / Data Management
* SQL Server & Databases
* MS Office 365 suite
* Experience of project management / organisation
* Prior experience / knowledge of any other template management system is highly desirable

This is a client facing role - you should have good written and face-to-face communications skills, with the ability to set and manage expectations, as well as influence others to help successful deliver projects.
