Supporting fee earners specialising in clinical negligence, this is an excellent opportunity for a legal secretary with one years’ plus experience in a similar position to join a leading firm.


- Document production and typing
- Liaising with clients and dealing with basic queries
- Opening and closing files
- Making travel arrangements
- Diary management
- Financial duties such as producing client invoices
- Undertaking routine fee earner tasks under supervision depending on capability and training

The Candidate

- Applications are encouraged from legal secretaries with one years’ plus experience supporting fee earners at a reputable firm
- With excellent attention to detail, you will have accurate, fast word processing skills with a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office and a good standard of numeracy are required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential
