My client is a leading law firm based in West London, who are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Co-ordinator on a permanent basis.

The Learning & Development Co-ordinator will support the Head of L&D and the L&D Advisor. The key duties will include:

  • Provide administrative support for all L&D programmes for Partners, Associates, Trainees, Secretaries, Apprentices and Support Staff
  • First point of contact for all L&D enquiries
  • Create and maintain training records
  • Manage the L&D calendar
  • Diary management
  • Assist with training needs analysis

The Learning & Development Co-ordinator will have exceptional organisational and communication skills and will be able to deal with conflicting priorities. The right candidate will be proactive and focused and will have a high degree of IT literacy. The firm are looking for a positive and friendly candidate who is solutions focused. Experience in a Learning & Development role in professional services ins advantageous.
