My client is a leading global law firm with centrally based London offices, who are looking to hire a Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract.   

The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for providing an efficient service and support the HR team with the day-to-day operations.

The key duties will include:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to identify recruitment/resourcing needs
  • Carry out firmwide inductions
  • Conduct review meetings
  • Co-ordinate annual salary review process
  • Lead on sensitive/complex departures
  • Delegate effectively to the HR Assistant and Administrators
  • Maintain and generate ad hoc reports
  • Actively lead on strategic projects

The Senior HR Advisor will have extensive HR experience gained within a legal or professional services environment, ideally with a partnership structure. They will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate using various platforms. They will have exceptional organisational skills with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
