Lexcel accredited firm in Suffolk requires a talented Personal Injury Legal Secretary.

This is an exciting opportunity for a legal secretary to support a senior fee earner in claimant personal injury matters at a long-established firm in Ipswich. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy, however, applications from part-time candidates working 4 days per week will also be considered.


- Liaising with clients
- Audio typing letters, emails and documents
- Diary management
- Completing forms
- Recording ingoing and outgoing payments and creating new matters using accounts software
- Correcting and reformatting documents using Microsoft Word and track changes
- General office administration

The Candidate

- Applications are encouraged from legal secretaries with a minimum of 1 years’ experience of supporting fee earners at a reputable firm
- A fast typing speed is essential
- The ability to deal with an extensive workload including multitasking and managing your time productively is required
- Possess proven teamwork skills
- IT proficiency is essential
