Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst

Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst - Law firm required to provide support for a busy London based IT team of a Global Law firm supporting users in London.

Key experience required:

* At least 2 years experience in an IT Support role; either on a Service Desk Anlayst or Deskside Support
* Experience gained within a professional services (Law, Accountancy, Insurance) industry is an advantage but not essential

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic customer focused individual to be part of a busy IT team within a Law firm. This role suits anyone with a keen interest in IT Support, looking to develop new skills.

Working as a Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst your key responsibilities should include:

* Working in helpdesk facility supporting users throughout the law firm by providing remote and deskside support
* Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible
* To escalate calls internally and with third parties
* Responding to "How do I.." queries

Your technical knowledge should cover as many of the following as possible:

* Windows 7 / Windows 10
* Office 2010 / Office 2016
* Active Directory - User Admin
* Worksite/Filesite
* Windows Server 2003/2008
* Citrix

Candidates should have a strong emphasis on customer service.
