Due to a sustained period of growth, across its multiple offices in Suffolk, our client is now seeking an Employment Lawyer!

Advising on a full scope of employment matters and dealing with both contentious and non-contentious cases. It is essential that the successful Employment Lawyer has experience undertaking own advocacy and can confidently prepare cases for the Employment Tribunal.


- Unfair dismissal claims
- Discrimination claims
- Company policies and procedures
- Dismissal and contractual issues
- TUPE transfers
- Business restructuring/redundancy
- Settlement agreements
- Networking and business development

The Candidate

- Employment solicitor or legal executive with at least one years’ PQE and current knowledge of the employment law
- Personable and confident with excellent negotiating skills are essential
- Commercially aware
- Highly organised able to meet tight deadlines
- A flair for business marketing and a desire for professional development is advantageous
