Helpdesk / Support Analyst - MS Windows, Office

Helpdesk / Support Analyst required to provide first line support for a thriving global law firm in London.

An exciting and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic customer focused individual to be part of a team within a professional services company. This role suits anyone with a keen interest in IT Support, looking to develop and progress their career within IT!

Working as an Helpdesk / Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operation of a help desk facility for users throughout the law firm by providing desktop support
  • Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible as first point of contact
  • To escalate calls internally and with third parties
  • Responding to “How do I..” queries

Technical knowledge must include:

  • Windows XP / Windows 7
  • Office 2003 / Office 2010
  • Laserform
  • BigHand
  • Workshare
  • Active Directory – User Admin
  • Worksite/FileSite
  • Windows Server 2003/2008
