IT Service Desk Analyst 

IT Service Desk Analyst required for a commercial Law Firm based in London to join their Service desk team. 

You will be required to provide 1st and 2nd line remote and desk side support to users on MS Windows, Office, Active Directory and Server, as well as other bespoke applications.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Act as first point of contact resolving IT Support issues
  • Proactively monitor the Service Desk inbox 
  • Investigating Technical issues with PCs, Laptops
  • Building and installing PCs and Laptops, monitors and mobile devices
  • Handling 'How do I' queries, informing users of progress with issues
  • Following the Major Incident process by identifying major support incidents and liaising with support teams
  • Process management such as new joiners
  • Preserving of user accountants on various systems, including AD and Exchange 

Technical knowledge of the below:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Windows 7 and 10 desirable
  • Knowledge of mobile technology - iPhone, Android , Blackberry 
  • Previous experience working with Document Management System - Filesite desirable 
  • Experience with Active Directory domains 
  • Experience with service management software 

To be successful in securing the role you should have experience working in a Service Desk. Legal experience is desirable - professional service experience will also be considered.
