Legal Secretary sought for leading law firm based in West Sussex.

Supporting a team of lawyers within a busy private client department whilst ensuring confidentiality and discretion, the successful secretary will carry out any administrative tasks as they arise. Having solid experience working within a private client department would be advantageous.


- Producing documents
- Correspondence by word processing
- Audio typing
- Liaising with clients
- Dealing with initial telephone enquiries
- Generating new files
- Formalities
- Organising meetings and travel
- Ensuring files are Lexcel compliant
- General administrative work

The Candidate

- Legal secretary with a minimum of 1 years’ experience
- Previous experience working within a private client department
- Strong knowledge of case management systems
- Word and excel literate
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Personable and enthusiastic
- Highly client focused
